Go Tigers

The past month has gone fast. There's been a lot packed into the days.
One of those things that our house is rejoicing in is the victory (so far) of the Detroit Tigers.
We've been watching the games and cheering for a team that has a great story.
We're hoping for a World Series victory.

Asa turned five this October. He's growing up fast. He's got his letters all learned and is on his way to learning how to read. He's also doing great in math. My parents and brother came down to help celebrate his birthday.

The two pictures below are from a Fun Friday we had with the Middle Schooler's at church. We went to a farm of some of our parishioners and walked the creek to this wonderful sight- the remains of a mill.
