Sojourners : Faith in Action
You may have noticed that public and private discourse in our country is seemingly (every present generation often forgets the true nature of past history, like the 60's were rather difficult, as were the 30's and the great depression) at very low levels of civility.
This week a large group of people, from a vast array of theological and political backgrounds have signed A Covenant for Civility.
It should be our prayer that that the spirit of antebellum will give way to the spirit of Christ.
