We send to Christ

P:  We send to the cross of Christ

L:  All our hopes,
P:  We set on the risen Christ

L:  Christ the Sun of righteousness shine upon you and scatter the darkness from before your path:  And the blessing of God Almighty, Father, Son and Holy Spirit, be among you, and remain with you, always.

L:  Go out into the world, rejoicing in the power of the Spirit.
P:  Thanks be to God.  Alleluai!  Alleluia!  Alleluia!

This prayer was the closing blessing and benediction at St. Andrews Anglican Church in Versailes, KY, from August 21, 2011.  I loved the action of speaking and moving the arms toward the cross as these words were said.
