Last night the boys and I rode our bikes east of our house to watch four green combines bringing in the wheat harvest. We rode to a field where some grey Gleaners had been earlier in the day, but they were gone. It’s a short time for the big combines to clear a field. Earlier this week we saw a farmer a mile to the south of us using an International pull behind with a header about 6 foot long . . . his was a slow process.
